By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders:

All clogs are made to order. Once your order is confirmed, production will begin and changes may not be possible after 24 hours.

Processing Time:

Orders take approximately 7 days to be received, followed by 2 days of customisation before dispatch. Total preparation time is up to 9 working days.

Payments:

Full payment is required at the time of purchase to confirm your order

Shipping:

Delivery times vary depending on your location and courier service. Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Returns & Refunds:

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Product Variation:

As each pair is handmade or customised, slight variations may occur. These are not considered defects.

Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Liability:

We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen parcels once they have been handed over to the courier.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
