Returns and refunds
Because all of our clogs are custom-made to order, we unfortunately do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing selected by the customer. Please make sure all order details are correct before checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or suitable solution if approved.
Cancellations:
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after.
